I just got accepted into the Night of Artists in Edmonton. Two shows this year; one in May and one in Novemeber, plus a magazine publication. Yay!!

ReplyDeleteI love that top painting. I'm generally not a big fan of landscapes, but I always enjoy drips in a painting. In this case, I think it's the contrast between the controlled and precise brush strokes of the landscape and the graphic and unpredictable drips interrupting it. Have you sold it yet? Have you done any more like this?

ReplyDeleteIt's a new one. Just a random image that came to mind. The beige suburbs taking over the lovely prairie landscape. So far this is the only one. Maybe worth exploring more??
