How does your garden grow?

Purple potatoes in my garden
Know what is even more fun than watching paint dry? Watching plants grow! I planted my first veggie garden this year and am still amazed that those wee, tiny, dust-like seeds actually will produce food.  I guess it's like that small, perfect spark of inspiration that can and transform into a great masterpiece.

I've been distracted with gardening, sunshine and working, thus the art making is currently a bit stunted. I'm in low inspiration mode at the moment. Productivity tends to come in waves; sometimes it flourishes, sometimes it wilts.

While waiting for the next idea to strike, I made another recycles piece out of leftover raw canvas bits and a failed attempt at silver leafing a painting. I am enjoying the texture of this one, and the contrast between the polished, shiny bits and the raw frayed edges. This photo doesn't show it off very well.
Reclaimed #3

I am anxious to see what pops up next (in the garden and on the easel)
