Long time coming

After a year and a half of waiting, it's almost time to hang my show "The Jumpers"  in the Harris-Warke Gallery in Red Deer. I excited to see all the work hung together. It's been a little while since I looked at all of it. I have a couple pieces at my place, but the majority of them are at my storage space (aka mom and dad's house)

The Big Leap ~ Oil on Board ~ 20" x 20"

I generally like to work in a series, to play, alter and work through the ideas. I've been wanting to make a few more smaller pieces for the show but I've moved on since I made the other ones and haven't been able to get back into that head space. I'm feeling a little nervous. I hope the paintings all work together and feel somewhat cohesive.
